Motorcycle training materials, course content, training plans, exercises and instructional information.
Training notes, handouts, checklists, assessments and supporting documentation.
Administrative documents, forms, records, procedures and templates.
Advertising and promotional materials.
Marketing copy, brochures, leaflets, social media content and digital communications.
Logos, branding, designs, slogans and other original creative materials.
Original video, audio and other multimedia content.
Business documents, systems and other original materials created for or by Compass Motorcycle Excellence.

Use of Materials

Unless written permission has been provided by Compass Motorcycle Excellence, clients and other visitors must not copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, distribute, publish, transmit, sell, commercially exploit or otherwise reuse substantial parts of our copyright-protected content or materials.

Training materials supplied to clients are provided for the client's own personal use in connection with their training. They must not be reproduced, shared with third parties, uploaded to websites or social media, incorporated into another training course, or used for commercial training or instructional purposes without prior written permission.

Nothing in this statement prevents a person from making a lawful use of copyright material where an exception under UK copyright law applies.

Third-Party Material

Enforcement
