Hi!

I am Seb Rees, owner of Compass Motorcycle Excellence. I am an Advanced Motorcycle Riding Instructor.

Based near Colchester on the Essex / Suffolk borders I have been riding and training on motorbikes since 1995. I have been a fully qualified Advanced Riding Instructor since 2018.

Over the last twenty or so years I have worked as a skills instructor training literally hundreds of young people and adults on various courses including advanced motorcycle riding, navigation and mountain expedition skills both with groups and also on a more bespoke one-to-one basis.

Over the last 30 years I have owned, managed and sold several successful and award winning businesses both in the skills training field but also in the corporate event management sector

As a qualified Advanced Motorcycle Riding Instructor, and a Fellow of the Institute of Leadership and Management I am very passionate about empowering motorcycle riders of all levels and abilities to develop to be their own 'best' by teaching the rider skills knowledge needed to ride safely - to #RideForLife

I am accredited to teach the RoSPA  and IAM Advanced Motorcycle Rider and the DVSA ERS Enhanced Rider Scheme courses.

Other training courses that I offer in East Anglia and Wales are as a qualified Navigation instructor.
